On January 22nd 2014 Officers of the Transylvania County Narcotics Task Force executed a Search warrant upon the residence, property and person of Thomas Lane Lee located off Frozen Creek road located outside of Rosman.  Task Force Officers seized items associated with the production of methamphetamine. Thomas Lane Lee was arrested at the scene and warrants for Joseph Clifton Miller were taken by Task Force Officer and has yet to be arrested.



Suspect:        Thomas Lane Lee, age 39

                        of Rosman.

Charge:         Maintaining a residence

Bond:             $4,000.00 secure




Suspect:        Joseph Clifton Miller, age 36

                        of Rosman.

Charge:         Poss/distribute meth precursor 2 counts

                        Manufacture methamphetamine

Bond:             arrest pending
